This is our Seventh Mystery Drop, our New Years Salami Mystery Patch & Coin Combo. You get both a patch and coin. Only 300 combos made, the "mold" has been destroyed. It can only be purchased sight unseen. 

What we can tell you: 

This is a 5" 100% embroidered patch with iron on backing. The coin is 1.75" solid metal coin. If you like our stuff, you will not be disappointed. If you do not purchase, you will be disappointed when you learn you will never be able to have this in your collection.
