Ghost Vision IR - MED Patch Infrared Reflective PVC

MED Medical Patch Infrared Reflective PVC. This is made with IR Reflective Ghost Vision. This patch WILL NOT glow in the dark without IR Optics. Only the person using the optics can view the patch. It WILL NOT reflect with normal light. 

This is a 3" PVC with velcro backing
